Nurtured MIND
My life, like many others, has been a tapestry woven with both joy and challenges. After a successful career as a designer spanning two decades, I embarked on an unexpected path that led me to become a hypnotherapist that I am today.
The pivotal moment came when I was diagnosed with CPTSD (Complex Post-traumatic Stress-Disorder), stress, anxiety, and depression. This prompted me to close my business and prioritise my well-being.
During this difficult period, I drew on homing in on yoga and mindfulness (The root foundation of therapy), which led onto 20 years of practice and teaching experience. Hypnotherapy was literally the next step that developed into a passion and a love into how the mind and body CAN HEAL and CHANGE. And how amazing is that when you think and believe that you can’t.
This discovery marked a turning point, leading me to pursue a career as a hypnotherapist, which in turn has allowed me to learn and discover other affective therapeutic therapies, which includes EFT, (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programmer), and Breathwork.
With all of these tools - and reflecting on my journey. I’m deeply grateful for the experiences that have shaped me. The challenges I faced have ultimately led to a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment that gives me the knowledge to help others like you.
